The issue that is have with the CNN website is that even though it fulfills the complete purpose of a website is doesn't separate its formation. Sports, News, Interviews and everything else is at the same place, the option to choose should be available but it is a completely well constructed site.
The CNN Website has too much content on the home page and not necessary thing I want to see. There is a balance between pictures and words. The color is basic. It is easy to use. The website is somewhat attractive, and the speed is ok. The BBC website has an excessive amount of content. The amount of pictures is quite dazzling to my eyes. The words are limited. The website consist of mostly images. The page is overcrowded. The site is more confusing that easy to use. It is not attractive. The color is not really balance; the website consist of mainly black and white, with pictures. Image are good but there are too many. The speed is moderate.
The ling car web sight is a nightmare's nightmare. i couldn't recognize a thing on it because i think W3C should give them a penalty. too much of everything, it is design with one specific goal that it is effectively executing and that is turning away customers. but on the bright side its a perfect example of what not to do, the colours harmony singing off key. no accent of colours and with a web site like that u gonna need a filter welding glass block out some of the excitement that is screaming at you, and maybe decryption key. and a optical appointment.... please let me know what you think.
So i was scrolling through the list of websites and i got an instant headache, eye ache and body ache when i saw the MAVERICKCHRISTIAN.COM website. It was horrible the colors are nauseating and didn't match the font,it was very hard to read because it was hard to stay focus,the website is an eye sore. It is lacking information, there are no button so you have no clue where to navigate to. I would not recommend anyone to every use such a website
Attractive Graphical Design - simple design, attractive and welcoming
Site Image - images both logo and item for sale are appropriately sized for effectiveness
Colour Harmony & Balance - blue and white is always a good combo, definitely a winner here. The grey slightly textures background and yellow accent delivered the knockout punch
Balance of Elements - There is a decent balance and it is consistent throughout the site. Appropriate spacing and font sizes are clearly evident.
Functionality - Links are all good from the 3 minutes of fiddling, always taking you to desired info and products.
Navigability - The navigation is clear and consistent throughout. Supported by the sidebar that is there helping you refine what you are looking for
Ease of Use - Very easy to use, everything is right before you, it is impossible to get lost.
Speed - Very, very fast. Images and text load at the same time.
Browser Compatibility - Access through Chrome, Firefox and Edge, performance and appearance was the same.
Search Engine Performance - on viewing the page source there were quite a number of tags/keywords "home, furniture, electronics, appliances,computer, fridge , dryer, kitchen, affordable, hire purchase, ready finance, value" I search "why can I buy appliances in Jamaica?" this site was the last link (10th) on the first results page, Atl was first and Singer occupied fourth, fifth and sixth :). Still not too shabby.
for a news website CNN was aesthetically appealing, not too much colors as the images provided a nice contrast.The images, i think were sized in order of importance; so the largest image supports the main story. what i didn't like however, was how sports, entertainment and "serious news" were all in one. it was navigable and user friendly. loaded well with my 2 browsers and all the links were relevant and functional. overall the site is good however, would recommend that the news be categorized so it isn't so jumbled.
The rain bow site has no colour harmony & Balance no Attractive Graphical Design no Site Image no Balance of Elements or even Functionality not even a manual or a compass can navigate or Ease of use. i really have anything else that can be said about this but that the site itself need salvation...

Colour Harmony & Balance - There is consistency with the selected nav page link going purple. Aside from that the colours are all over the place. Pink, purple, peach, black, blue red, white, green then variants of the above colours, it is all too much.
Balance of Elements - Some elements fall out off the content area. There is too much congestion. The singing, oh the singing, if one waits long enough an Asian lady comes on singing all sorts of songs (retro, pop) in the worse key. Not appealing at all.
Functionality - Some links are broken. Way too many clicks required to reach desired products/service and info.
Navigability - There are scribbles on the navigation, why Lord? There are so many links to so many things. It is just all too overwhelming.
Ease of Use - No. Just no. Can not find a thing. It is just a big mess. Easily one could get lost here.
Speed - Surprising fast, despite all the graphics that need to load. Freezes sometimes from page to page.
Browser Compatibility - Sadly, it looks just as awful across all three browsers tested. (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

The website is too crowdy, it has some unnecessary animations and pictures such as cats,dogs etc that has nothing to do completly with contracts of cars.. it has some nice color contrast but because there is so many stuff going on this website its unfortunate for customers to focus on one thing at a time. The speed of this website is great however it has some glitches skipping from pages. At the end of the day, even though it does it purpose i would say its not professional at all.

The graphics on this website is overpowering and distracting. It is hard to pinpoint what the website is about just by looking at it. The most distracting part of the website is the high use of animations and colourful images, coupled with the music playing in the background. It is not a website developed with a professional image in mind. The size, colours, placing and exorbitant amounts of animation decreases the value of this website drastically. The choice, use and balance of colours in my opinion were poor. The background image, which is consistent for the entire website contains over seven colours, which is a huge turn off. The pages have a consistent lilac/purple colour just below the tabs, however that is as far as colour consistency goes. To be honest the colours on this site reminded me of a kid’s colouring book.

Neither of those found the website up to the 5th page of results. Surprisingly when I used "lease cars in uk" the site was 3rd in the list of results. This means that it would be difficult for them to get new business because of search engines. Overall, I have very little positive to say about this website. I do not think it is a professionally designed website, and quite frankly if I was actually able to use the correct set of key words and find it using a search engine, as soon as I enter the website I would go back. I would think it is a hoax or scamming website.
I really don't know what is happening with lingscar website. I think it was designed by a child, its unattractive in every way you can think of, just the sight of it would cause someone to rethink buying a car.
