  2. A prudent way to alleviate woes with clients is to establish an agreement from the get go which both party understands and agreed on. This will impede unforeseeable problems that are inconsistent with way you operate.
    Among the things that ought to be made clear before taking on a job include:
    1. Design
    2. Cost
    3. Requirements for alteration
    4. When updates will be given as relates to the job
    5. A reasonable time for completion
    6. Consequences for deviating from agreement
    Once these things are signed off on, it will paved smooth way forwarded.
